Return of goods

Not satisfied with the purchased goods? No problem, you can return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery, and we will refund your money. Please return the goods in a clean and unworn condition, with the original tags, preferably in the original packaging.

We will transfer the money for the goods to your bank account as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the withdrawal of the contract, and not before the returned goods are delivered back to our address. The return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

Goods exchange

We don't typically exchange goods. The exchange process involves returning the unsatisfactory goods (see above) and creating a new order.

You can send the goods

For the return via Packeta: First, let us know that we should expect the parcel (preferably by sending an email to info@hlavnestylove.cz). Then, simply go to the Packeta collection point and provide our unique code: 94415452. The staff at the branch will print and attach a label with our return address. The submission at the branch is free, but the return service is subject to a fee of 60 CZK / €3, which will be deducted from the value of the returned goods.
