PRINCIPLES OF HANDLING YOUR DATA

We operate an e-shop on the website www.hlavnestylove.cz

To provide product sales and operate our website, we process certain personal data.

The processing of personal data is governed, in particular, by the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR").

I. Processing of Personal Data

A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form

If you inquire about our products, we will process your contact details that you provide, mainly through the inquiry form. These include: name, email address, and information about the requested goods.

For what purpose?

We will contact you through these details for further arrangements regarding the goods.

On what legal basis?

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at your request.

How long will we process personal data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 10 years from our last communication.

B. Processing of personal data in case of purchase

If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the data you provide. These are primarily billing details: name, surname, and address.

For what purpose?

We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – deliver our goods to you. We will also communicate with you through the contact details regarding the status of your order, possible complaints, or your inquiries.

Personal data will also be processed for the fulfillment of our obligations arising from the law (especially for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and others).

On what legal basis do we process personal data?

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – the performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.

How long will we process personal data?

For the duration of our service and then 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

C. Newsletters (commercial communications)

If you are a customer and have not objected to it during your purchase, we will use your email address to send our newsletters.

On what legal basis?

This is allowed by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you have objected to it during your purchase.

How long will we process personal data?

10 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via email or contact us at info@hlavnestylove.cz.

II. Who will have access to the data?

Your data will stay with us. Nevertheless, some companies or other individuals who help us operate our e-shop have access to the data because they assist us in running our e-shop. These include:

  • Operator of the Shoptet e-shop platform (Shoptet a.s., registered office Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, ID 289 35 675, registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 25,395).
  • Companies involved in shipping goods: Zásilkovna, DPD.
  • Companies involved in payment processing: Comgate.
  • Provider of email services: THINline s.r.o. Personal data is processed only within the territory of the European Union.

III. What else should you know?

We do not have a designated data protection officer in our company.

In our company, there are no decisions based on automatic processing or profiling.

IV. Use of Cookie Files

V. Your Rights Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we process, ask us for access to this data, and have it updated or corrected. You can also request the restriction of processing, request a copy of the processed personal data, request the erasure of personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases, you have the right to data portability. Objection can be raised against processing based on legitimate interest.

If you believe that we are not handling data correctly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection or, if necessary, you can contact the court with your claims.
